Dismissal letter and settlement reviewer
Paste your dismissal letter or settlement offer, or fill in the details by hand, and we compare what you are offered against what the law entitles you to.
Paste your dismissal letter or settlement
If you would rather not fill in the details by hand, paste the document text here and we read the case type, the dates, the salary and the offered amount for you. We will fill in the fields below for you to review.
We only read the details already stated in the document; the calculation is done by our engine, not the AI. The reading can fail, so always review the values. We do not store the text you paste.
How it works
We compute what you are entitled to with the same engine as the severance and settlement calculators, from your salary and dates, and compare it against the amount the document offers. If you paste the text, we only read the case type, the dates, the salary and the offered amount from it; the engine does the calculation, not the AI.
- Unfair dismissal: 33 days of salary per year worked (45 for time before 12 February 2012), with the legal caps. This is what you would be entitled to if a disciplinary dismissal were declared unfair.
- Objective or collective dismissal: 20 days of salary per year worked, capped at 12 monthly payments.
- Settlement: pending salary, untaken holiday and the pro-rata share of the extra payments, where these are paid separately. It is always owed when a contract ends, whatever the cause.
