Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between 12 and 14 payments?
With 14 payments the annual salary is split into twelve monthly payments plus two extra ones. The annual net is the same; only the size of each payment changes.
Why does withholding not depend on my autonomous community?
The employer applies the national withholding scale. The regional portion is reconciled in the annual income tax return.
